The 4th National Better Health for Men Conference 7th October 2010 | Institute of Physics | London It is a fact that men in the UK continue to die prematurely from cardiovascular disease, diabetes, urological conditions, obesity, heart disease, as well as suffering from other such problems as erectile dysfunction, depression and addiction. Although men’s health is now being taken seriously and on more agendas than ever before it remains a fact that a great deal more needs to be done to detect problems earlier and encourage men to adopt a much healthier lifestyle. This is what The National Better Health for Men’s Conference is all about! The National Better Health for Men’s Conference is an event aimed at all healthcare professionals involved in men’s health. It has been developed by Professors Roger and Mike Kirby and its aim is to further men’s health in the UK by engaging with doctors and nurses and getting them in part to empower their patients to change and challenge their own lifestyles.
